Our experience with TJ Vickers Shrewsbury was good from start to finish. We were treated with kindness and respect which is very rare these days. Barry was extremely patient and understood exactly what we wanted.

Bought a car from the Telford site. A process that was friendly and reassuring to someone not confident about cars. Thank you Macauley. I have come away with a car that I am over the moon with.
However this is real life so it aquired an issue with a running light. I took it to the Shrewsbury team. Now I used to deal with Vickers Shrewsbury some years ago and they were good then but this visit was beyond excellent. Greated with genuine interest and warmth. Notes were made from my rambled explanation and I was shown to comfy seating and coffee. I settled down for the hours to come - but in what seemed like no time atall they had fixed the issue, checked the car for another potential problem and delivered it TO THE DOOR so I wouldn't get wet! I was given a full explanation of what was done, all under warranty, and then got in my car to see that Barry, presumably, had worked his magic and it was absolutely gleaming. I was smiling ear to ear. I left beaming, which perfectly matched the gleaming. Thank you Vickers and A Merry Christmas to you All.

TJ Vickers Shrewsbury were fantastic because they were extremely helpful, listened to my requirements and were not pushy. They were open and honest and nothing was too much trouble. The car was in fantastic condition at handover cleaned inside and out - like a new car. I also received a follow up courtesy call. Would definitely recommend them.

The experience at TJ Vickers Shrewsbury was great because Barry was very friendly, very helpful and did a follow up call to check everything was OK. He dropped the fixed parcel shelf to my house personally. Whilst at my house he showed me how to use some of the technical features of my radio and sat nav. Thank you Barry.

Purchased a Vitara from TJ Vicker a few weeks ago and I've never experienced such amazing customer service. What a amazing sales team. Sian was exceptional with customer relations. The car when collected looked like it had just come off the production line & then today I received a curtesy call asking if everything was OK with the car and did I have any questions.
