The nearside Headlamp bulb blew on my Suzuki Swift Sport, a call to TJ Vickers had it booked in and fitted the next day, I also decided to replace the Off Side Headlamp bulb at the same time as their Shrewsbury branch involves at 70 mile round trip as I now live in Newtown Mid Wales, many thanks Graig for for a brilliant experience and washing the car before handing it back to me

I'd definitely recommend T J Vickers Shrewsbury to friends and family because it was an easy process right from viewing and test driving the vehicle to purchasing. Everyone is really friendly and the showroom has a nice relaxed feel to it

T J Vickers were incredibly helpful when making a choice about which car to go for. The sale, payment, paperwork, collection was all nice and easy and communication was great. It's never easy car shopping with 3 kids in tow but the Salesperson was really chatty with them and made them some great hot chocolates so they were happy too!

We've been on the Motability scheme for a long time. We have found most dealerships are disinterested in Motability customers, not very welcoming or overly helpful - Chris at T J Vickers was brilliant! We were quite set on one car, but he let us know about all the other options, ensuring we choose what was right for us. We asked lots of questions, he was so patient, and helpful at explaining everything to us, we felt valued, and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want help choosing a Motability car just pop and see Chris, he will be happy to talk you through all specification features, he gives you plenty time, he's not pushy at all.

Went to TJVickers in Shrewsbury this morning to get my car serviced after incompetencies of another garage where I bought the car from a week ago. They fitted me in at short notice.
The reception team were welcoming and aware of the situation I was dealing with.
Chris was brilliant and his interaction with me was faultless. The car was serviced and was brought round to me.

We bought my partners Fiat 500e from TJ Vickers last year & it was a good experience. We took a test drive on our own round the local roads & she was sold on the 500e. Options & colour were chosen, deposit paid & then the wait for the delivery. The car has just been back for its first service & all was good. We would happily continue to get the 500e serviced there & would buy another car from them.
