First class. Kieran has been excellent on the two occasions that I have gone to TJ Vickers, and I will always go back to Kieran. I have since recommended him to a family member who expressed the same opinion. As a young female, it was refreshing to walk into a car garage and not feel intimidated or as though I was on the back foot. I'd suggest T J Vickers Shrewsbury to a friend because it was a wonderful experience you had no pressure and you was free to look at vehicles, they were all happy to help you and answer any questions you wanted to ask. They offered you a hot beverage while going through paperwork and they recommended places to drive to go for a test drive which was good. Overall I will be going back in the future.

I bought a used Suzuki Swift without a service logbook and knew it had been MOTed at TJ Vickers. I contacted them to ask about the service history and they provided me all the details along with details of what needed doing next within a couple of hours. I really appreciated the friendly/prompt response and would use and recommend them in the future.

Chris was very helpful showed us the car let us test drive it as long as we wanted not pushy at all took his time with us sorted out all paper work as promised car was ready by Sunday,will definitely use again well recommend after sales service as provided was called to see how I am getting along with the car and told me if I do encounter any issues his just a phone call away.
