We have been using Mike’s software services since 1984 when we had our first computer system and bespoke software from his company and this computer and software still works today, we are very pleased with his services and found them to prompt attentive and always a pleasure to deal with.

Mike and his team fitted out our new unit with all of our IT, Telecoms, Broadband and computer hardware all installed on time and to budget. Because of this we asked them to also install our CCTV cameras and recording equipment – great bunch of guys will always go to Mike first for help when it comes to our computer and telephone systems.
Ben set up our new mobile phone on Orange, very happy with the service will always recommend to others.
Our new VOIP system is up and running we are really happy with the service of the SITC support team and The VOIP telephones that have been installed – we also moved our telephones lines and broadband over to SITC as well, great service and a pleasure to deal with.
Ironically we recruit IT people, but for years have put up with old creaking technology to run our business. Shropshire ITC supplied new computers and peripherals for all of our team. Mike was really knowledgeable, helped us decide on a new system to suit our needs and also managed to get us a great deal.

We have been using Mike’s services for about 5 years now and we find Mike to be very helpful and understanding.
When our old computer had failed, we thought we had lost all of our files including family pictures, Mike took our old computer away, recovered all of the data and supplied us with a new computer, fantastic service and at a good price. (We did not lose any files or pictures)
Since then, we have had a new laptop for my wife’s business and a laptop for the children to do their homework and internet research on. Shropshire ITC also supplies our internet connection and antivirus software for the computers and laptops.

Because of this I had no hesitation in asking them to fix my Daughters iPhone and again it was quickly finished, meaning a very happy Daughter!
