Very friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Kenny) who by explaining everything clearly and being very flexible made buying a laptop for uni very simple. Thank you. (The laptop works brilliantly by the way)
Helpful, friendly and professional staff - Kenny and Paul - who helped us out late on a Friday with malfunctioning computer and who were very informative with their explanation of problem. Also thanks to Victoria who recently retrieved the 'lost data' on our old laptop. Their customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, I wasnt pleased with the attitude I found at Salop Computer Centre, they quoted me a fee which was double what other repair services quoted me, and when asking for the laptop back so I could take my business elsewhere they asked me to pay a charge for just looking at the laptop which they never mentioned at the start. My advice, ask what charges you will get first off, even without any work being done, and also ring around to get a fair price!

As a family business, we always pride ourselves on our customer service and communication. I have spoken to our repairs staff, who have advised that work had to be undertaken (including a strip down and reseating and heat-sinking the cpu) on your machine to determine the fault - hence the charge. Things were complicated slightly as someone had already attempted to fix the problem. Any work like this is charged at a standard diagnostics fee, which I believe was reduced to £20 for you. We always monitor our prices with local companies and try to beat or at least stay in line with other I.T. companies in the area. As I say, I'm sorry you feel we haven't been up to our normal high standards. If there is anything we can do for you in the future, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you."
