As a relatively skeptical person when it comes to hiring tradesmen to work inside my house, I have to say these lads came as a great releif. Dressed suitably, polite but genuine and arriving promptly to what was organised over the phone, the 2 blokes who came were very professional. They dismantled the old boiler and then fitted the new one quickly, neatly and thoroughly. All of which was done with some friendly banter, general chit chat and much appreciated compliments towards my brew making (haha)! The lads from Pheoenix have surely helped dimished my skepticism towards Tradesmens! 5*

Had a leaking boiler which I noticed late last night, called Ben at 8am this morning and he has just been to repair it! Brilliant service, very friendly and very fairly priced, could not recommend enough! Previously Ben had fitted me a new thermostat for my boiler too! Will definitely be using again and for my annual boiler service!

Really very impressed with Ben's response, expertise and attention to detail. We discovered a leak in our gas boiler on Sunday and phoned Ben for help: he was able come over the following day - much appreciated as we had 2 clinically-vulnerable people in the house. He had the replacement parts on hand and had the boiler fixed and running within a couple of hours. Tidied up well too! Would happily recommend.

Ben and his team have been brilliant. We’ve been dealing with them for 2 weeks now and they have just been outstanding. We needed two new radiators fitting which didn’t take long to fit, very good quality and work carried out by them. Various other work done as well, Ben has always been on hand to come when we’ve needed him to to fix bits for us. Ben and his team and all very polite and easy to chat to. Covid safe too, always sticking to social distancing measures. I will definitely be using Phoenix plumbing again if needed, and will be recommending to family/friends.

Sent message through Checkatrade at around 9.50 and got a call from Ben at 10:10. He arrived within the hour and the work was finished by midday (including leaving to go and collect a part). Very reasonable price. Would recommend

Absolutely excellent service all round. I received a call within about one minute of completing my enquiry with an appointment made for the next day. Work was completed totally to our satisfaction and the charges were very reasonable. Ben was friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Ben was able to come out at short notice and sort my faulty electric shower without me needing a replacement (which i'd been told I needed). Super friendly and helpful chap, he also gave me some great advice on my boiler which i'm looking to upgrade soon. Couldn't recommend him enough. Will certainly be using his services for all plumbing/heating jobs in the future.
