I was looking for someone to do the work for my parents who had a bad experience with another company who had gone in and just disconnected their gas fire without giving a quote to have the gas pipe repaired or replaced and told my parents it would be very expensive. Ben called to see them and gave them a top price, which was most reasonable. He was able to go back to the job within a few days and the price was much less than his top price. He also gave my parents peace of mind and they now have their fire working again.

A very personable young man came to fit a shower quadrant, he was on time, courteous, polite and very efficient. The finished job is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very professional, tidy and clean job. Ben is efficient, experienced and I will use him again. The job was thoroughly done and his diagnosis of the problems with our system and the solutions were spot on. Very easy to "get hold of him" and replies to calls and texts, which is really important, in my opinion. Polite guy to have working around your home.

Work done was good and it was done when he said it would be. My issue is the fact that I never received an invoice for the work done. . Apart from not receiving an invoice for the work done, I telephoned Ben as I couldn't get the boiler to work via the remote control. Despite going through a couple of steps to try and sort it, I was still struggling to get it set it. He said he would call back and arrange to come and have a look - I never got that call.

We had bc plumbing install our cooker. Ben was very polite and rang to ask if he could come earlier which was better for me. He did a really good job and was quick doing the work, we was really happy with the price and the work. We will definitely use him again

Ben was very helpful and professional. The work ended up being more complicated than I originally thought but he adapted his plans to fit in the additional trips required and offered me different options for resolving the problems. His quote was very reasonable and his work was excellent.

BRILLIANT
Ive had a couple of so called engineers in and all they did was hum and r and talk about what it could be,
But Ben of B.C Plumbing came and got straight on with it was done in 15 mins and now my boiler is working Brilliantly and he as only charge me s callout. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

I called Ben at 8.00 pm. He turned out to check the problem by 8.30pm. Returned the following morning to replace the problem part. Kept me updated at all stages. Highly recommend.
