My issue is the fact I have still not received the certificate for the boiler after sending numerous texts and emails and having checkatrade contact them. I cannot complain about the work done, they did what was asked and repaired a leak on a tap and did a service on the boiler.

Absolutely bang on, came within half hour of making phone call, top lad, really polite and clean work carried out, extremely good value and quality work carried out, could of charged us a fortune because it looked like a really big job but didn't, don't contact anyone else!! Highly recommend!!

Ben came out on the same day that I called him to say that our boiler was broken. He kept me informed about what time he would arrive. He was very polite, friendly and helpful and explained clearly what the fault was, how much it would be to fix and said he could fix it the following day; which he did. Would highly recommend.

Ben and the team did a first class job for us, said what they planned to do and did exactly what they said. Clean, tidy and on time and a really good bunch of lads. Already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to use them for all future plumbing jobs we have.

Engineer came on the 11/10/16 to assess the work. He told me what needed doing. The boiler needed a new part. We discussed and agreed a price for the work and it was done the morning after. (He rang me to tell me he was coming and what time). He got stuck in with the work very polite, neatly dressed and cleaned up after he had done. Highly Recommended. Thank You.

My friend recommended Ben so I gave him a ring. He asked what the problem was and said he could call in and have a look on his way back into Huddersfield from Shepley. He was polite on the phone and really friendly on arrival. He repaired my shower in a couple of minutes, didn't even have time for a brew! I would highly recommend Ben and his colleague and I will be keeping his number for future plumbing jobs. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Chris and James from BC Plumbing did a very neat and professional job. Turned up on time, laid carpet protectors throughout the work area, explained all the work as it progressed and vacuumed up afterwards. A pleasure to see two men work so hard, they are a credit to their company.

I was looking for someone to do the work for my parents who had a bad experience with another company who had gone in and just disconnected their gas fire without giving a quote to have the gas pipe repaired or replaced and told my parents it would be very expensive. Ben called to see them and gave them a top price, which was most reasonable. He was able to go back to the job within a few days and the price was much less than his top price. He also gave my parents peace of mind and they now have their fire working again.
