Ben, Chris and Jeff, did a great job removing an old conventional boiler and cylinder for us, replacing it with a combi as well as replacing some old radiators. From the outset Ben was superb to deal with, gave us a great price and the work was completed in double quick time to a very high standard. The team were great fun and we had some top banter. I will definitely use Phoenix plumbing and heating for any other jobs I need doing. So if you need a job doing to the highest of standards give Ben a call.

Excellent work from Ben and team at a reasonable price. The team turned up on time, were always professional and courteous and tidied up after themselves. Removed a one-pipe CH system and replaced with flow/return including fitting new rads, combi boiler and several small jobs. A pleasure to work with.

Very quick response. Informative and helpful advice from a friendly engineer who was clearly an expert. Thankfully nothing more than frozen condenser pipe, but I know much more about how to mitigate the problem in future.

I must have called around 8 other engineering companies, these guys were the only engineers willing come out on a Sunday to fix our heating. I spoke to Matt who was extremely polite and helpful. I got an instant feeling over the phone that he was competent and knew what the issue could be. He arrived promptly and identified the problem with the pump almost instantly. He then went away the same day to get a knew pump before returning and fitting it. Our heating was back on within 4 hours of him looking at the system. Fantastic service from a very competent and genuine engineer, good rates also.

Our central heating system failed on a Saturday afternoon during the current fuel crisis. Fortunately for us, Ben and Jerome were able to come to our rescue shortly after receiving our telephone call. The problem was immediately identified and two faulty parts were replaced swiftly and efficiently. We would certainly use Phoenix again.

As a relatively skeptical person when it comes to hiring tradesmen to work inside my house, I have to say these lads came as a great releif. Dressed suitably, polite but genuine and arriving promptly to what was organised over the phone, the 2 blokes who came were very professional. They dismantled the old boiler and then fitted the new one quickly, neatly and thoroughly. All of which was done with some friendly banter, general chit chat and much appreciated compliments towards my brew making (haha)! The lads from Pheoenix have surely helped dimished my skepticism towards Tradesmens! 5*
