Just called regarding outrageous quotes for my Car - after 5 minutes, quote was cut by half with better coverage and lower excess. Guess what it was with same insurer that i am cancelling as trying to more than double my premium. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great experience with Howden Salisbury office. Online sites are fine when your insurance needs are straight forward...anything a bit more complex and it becomes a huge pain just getting to talk to a human being. So bad that I gave up and decided to give Howdens a go and I was so pleased I did.
Alex was able to talk through my issues and get a very competitive quote for me. Great service and very professional. I'll be back next year too.

Just took out a new car insurance policy with Howden. Have to say very happy with the service and the cost,dealt with Nathan who was more than helpful and explained everything about the policy in great detail. A lovely guy and a pleasure to deal with.

I spoke originally with Karen for the renewal of my insurance who was excellent and extremely helpful. I then called back later and spoke with Gregg Campbell. Gregg like Karen 1st class Customer Service and very likeable. The quote was fair in a very expensive market but with representatives like Karen and Gregg the choice was very easy. Received very friendly and efficient proactive service from Callum Hillman at Howden Insurance. It was always a pleasure dealing with Callum. He was very detail conscious, and I always felt like I was in safe hands - particularly as insurance for high performance vehicles can be a minefield these days! Would highly recommend!

Richard Williams of Howdens (formally A plan ) has been outstanding! It is the second time in the last 3 months I have had the need to call for advice , once a breakdown and latterly an accident, he has handled both matters not only with professionalism but a rare ability to interact and understand which type of client he is dealing with . They may not be the cheapest, but like most things in life you get what you pay for !

You can always speak to a real person. The Phone is answered promptly and if they can't get you through to the right person they apologise and say we will get them to ring you. And YES they always ring back. Great company to deal with in my opinion.
