Everyone knows insurance premiums have rocketed recently. I believe Howdens genuinely try to get me the best price. It was still up almost 40%, but would have been more with previous insurer.

Always someone on the end of the phone. It’s a very personalised service when you do need to claim or you just need reassurance about your policy. Just a great service… oh and you don’t have to sit listening to dross music, they’re there.

Quick and easy to do business with. A good price for my insurance. Renewed for another year. Tay was polite and friendly and handled my questions and amendments to my policy quickly and professionally. I was a customer of A-Plan Insurance for many decades before they were taken over by Howden Insurance. Mostly I am happy with the service they provide but there was one occasion where they fell short of my expectations. I was told that I had to fill in a request form online but eventually I was assisted by a team member who was very helpful.
