I was very impressed by the enthusiasm of Gabija Ranauskaite at Howden, Peterborough branch. She was not only determine to help me get a good deal for my car insurance, but also went beyond to try and secure a home insurance too. Although this didn't happen, I was completely satisfied with her effort and would entrust her with any future requirement. I totally recommend Howden.

Recently took out our home insurance with Julia from the Eastleigh Branch. She was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she really helpful but was also a pleasure to talk to as well as incredibly understanding of our needs. I've had some things over the past few weeks that I've needed help with. I can only say that the team at howdens have always surpassed themselves, not just with the way in which they have listened but, solved a problems, but also, which is rare to hear, the way in which they treat you whilst on the call, this being, kind, empathetic and understandimg. They actually leaving notes as well about your call which other colleagues can read and understand so you dont have to repeat yourself over and over again. That's rare! I haven't one bad experience. Simply said, impressive.
