This is now my 4th vehicle currently insured with Howdens Thatcham, that says it all really. A great service, they go the extra mile to get the best quote. A friendly, personal service, dealing with "real" people based in a UK agency, no automated switchboards, no online application forms, just old school service.

I can't understand why my insurance is so expensive I have spoken to four people with the same make and model of car as I have and all of them has told me that there insurance is £ 300 cheaper than mine I have max no clame no pending fines car is on the drive I just don't get it mick

I am really impressed with Howden and the service I received from Marina was top notch. She was really friendly and courteous and efficient. I needed to search for a policy for my husband for one car with me to be covered as a provisional driver while I am learning but then with the option of being added once I’ve passed my test later in the year, we also had a change of circumstances due to my husband’s job and needed to find him a separate policy for a second car and didn’t have much time to do this, using a broker was ideal as saved us a lot of leg work, I did have a look at some comparison sites but got so confused. My husband also had to start a fresh with his no claims bonus having had a company car for 20 years but Marina found us appropriate policies to suit our needs. Setting them up was easy and it’s nice to have peace of mind that I can contact you in the event of a claim or any other query if I need guidance. I work in insurance myself as an Underwriter so understand the importance of benefits, T&C’s and full disclosure etc and appreciate the service Marina has provided here which was very thorough, car insurance is not something we’ve needed to delve into due to having had a company car for so long, so using your services has been brilliant as saved us time and given us peace of mind. I also love the fact your office is local. Thanks again.

Dani, at the Horsham branch was great! Bubbly, fun and made the whole renewal process easy. I was with the AA before who were ridiculous but I now have 2 cars insured with Howdens which makes life easier. One portal to mange with both cars.Thanks again Dani!
