Who said the experience was great? Why do you put words in the reviewer's mouth? Shame! My experience with Howdens has been generally good and their staff has been polite, professional and helpful, which was no more and no less than I would expect. I recently made a claim on my motor insurance and did not get my choice of repairer. It all happened so fast that I could not achieve a remedy.

Angel was the person we dealt with. He was really nice to talk to and very helpful throughout all of it. He was also very patient with me as he had to phone me numerous times, all of it my fault. He also found us an excellent van insurance at a really good price. I would definitely like Angel to be the one I speak to each time any of my insurance are due to be renewed. Well done Angel
