Only negatives were that I occasionally had to hold on the phone for too long waiting to be transferred or for someone to come back to me. It worked better for me when someone called me back when you had all the right info/costs.
Also some of the smaller detail wasn't added into my documentation so I had to call back.

I'm happy with my insurance. But it is difficult because I don't use computers and don't like them. I have to ask for help and that means I have to wait for things when I could do it myself if I was sent a letter. I have cataracts so that doesn't that makes it even more difficult.
