Howden insurance are easy to contact by phone and they have a local office. In my experience they answer the phone quickly which is a real bonus in today’s age of complex and unwieldy telephone systems.

Have been with Aplan, now Howdens, for years. As a loyal customer, they have always come up trumps when I am comparing insurers. Helpful and professional they explain all the little things that most online insurance companies dont. 1 price with no add ons. Would definitely recommend.

Tbh I didn't use then for the previous year predominantly cost although the policies were comparable.. However the customer service and engagement was memorable...And a year later I spoke again anscwas able to do a deal.. Did I find the crossing of information a tad irrirating yes.. But on reflection the agent was protecting me and their business..
