I've recently insured my ex-military truck/ self converted motorhome through Cherished insurance. I was a little worried about insurance from reading online forums from others with similar vehicles but I found the whole process with Cherished to be very easy and straightforward.
I filled out the details on line and had a call back the same day.
The cost of insuring was much lower than I expected and I chose to add on breakdown cover.

I felt my previous broker was going somewhat stale on its service and, having had a suggestion from my car dealership that other customers had used Howden, and it having a local office, decided to give it a try. I was also needing a fast service for cover on the vehicle. Ray managed to arrange cover within 2 days at a substantial reduction to the premium quoted initially from another insurer. In view of the service provided, I intend switching to Howden as my other insurances come up for renewal.

I couldn't have had better help with setting up my car and house insurance. Akvile Bruzaite was very thorough, helpful and explained exactly what was required and my options. I wish I had contacted Howden Insurance in the first place instead of wasting almost 3 days online and getting ridiculously high quotes. The whole experience was great, straightforward and quickly getting me the cover I required. Howden will certainly be the first company (and only) I would go to in the future for my insurance.

Unfortunately after it took several attempt to get the two people I spoke to to confirm the terms of the policy in writing that they had agreed verbally.
Once I escalated this issue to a supervisor everything was dealt with swiftly and written confimation over and above what I had requested was swiftlly emailed over to me.
Happy with what I had received I placed my business with them, but sadly I then had to chase them 4 days later for the link they promised to send me so that I could download my documents.

I was helped today by a person called Matthieu Clark. He was extremely helpful and efficient in finding exactly the right policy for me but more than that he actually listened to what was important to me. I ended up with what I believe to be the optimum product for my needs.
