The sales person was only interested in getting the sale and had no interest afterwards. She seemed to be rushing to get me off the phone and not interested in my questions. I emailed her with the same query twice and got no reply either time.

I spoken with 3 different advisors at different stages who could not do enough to provide accurate and speedy information. They were all a pleasure to deal with.
