I’ve been a customer - first of A-Plan now Howden since they were in Worcester, now in Hereford, very nearly THIRTY YEARS😁, and in spite of their being serious family connections, I have NEVER, EVER had cause to complain. We never fall out, never disagree, never come to blows, I suppose my being in a grave position of power - keeps them on their toes, all the staff grovel suitably at each contact, after all, to lose my custom would have terrible financial consequences, - after all to lose 1 13yr old Ford Ka could be disastrous to such a fragile business doesn’t bear thinking about.
So, Howden, I promise faithfully I’ll NEVER desert you, IF for the next 13 years you continue providing the simply delightful, friendly, faultless service just as A-Plan has for the last THIRTY YEARS😍😃. 👍🏻

I’ve been with Howden for a few years (was A Plan) and currently insure my car and house with them. Great customer service and they find the right level of cover for your circumstances at a competitive rate and do all the leg work. It’s a conversation with a person and not a machine which is also quite refreshing. No hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use. Paresh is a proper gentleman, he is very polite and helpful with a professional approach. We spoke for a good while sorting my park home insurance? I was having issues with a claim through third party company and after months and months of getting nowhere I decided to give my brokers Howden a call. Emma there jump straight on it and spoke to the insurance company and by the end of the day they finally settled!! I wish I got them involved sooner and let them know the issues I was having! I have always been a fan of A Plan from the time I took out car insurance with them several years ago. This was positively secured after the assistance given to me following a no fault accident on the M25 involving an absconding driver. As a result I moved all my insurance business to them.

I've just arranged horsebox insurance and breakdown through Howdens and would like to say a huge thank you to Alfie who was super polite and helpful!
