I deal with the Bristol Office for my home insurance, car insurance and rental property insurance and always find the team in the Bristol Office are helpful and quick to respond to any changes I need to make to my policies. I have been dealing with Sanah for my home insurance renewal and she was very helpful and knowledgeable going through the changes we needed to make. I had a slightly unusual request to include my son on my MG insurance as I’m not able to drive for 6 or more weeks following an op. I spoke with Aidan Hughes who sorted things very quickly- and when there was a bit of a delay he offered to ring me back when sorted. This he did and quoted a very fair price. My 17 year old daughter had bought her own little runaround as a leaner driver, so we were looking for insurance for learner, then when she passed. Howden have a fantastic policy with AXA which allows you to use the same policy for a year as a learner and then continue it when passed test for the rest of that year. No better deal was found online. Throughly recommend especially as a learner with own car. The staff, Ollie at Newport, Isle of Wight was exceptional. Very professional and I had complete faith that they were giving me the absolute best deal out there. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. Sometimes using the internet is not always best, the personal touch saved us a lot of money using Howden.

I needed to insure two cars, one of which lent itself to a specialist underwrite. The Howden agent was very informative, patient and polite working through my requirements and many questions.
