Company representative I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly , far more pleasant to deal with than a cost comparative cost sight , and whey more professional than the company I dealt with up until then who shall remain nameless sufficient to say there black horses in their adverts.I was let down last minute by those people and Howdens really helped me with my needs and fulfilled them brilliantly ,at a very competitive rate.I would hope to stay with Howdens whilst I need insurance ! We had a disaster upon returuning from holiday to find our new house badly flooded from a WC cistern seal.
The insurance company repaired all aspects that needed to be repaired to a high standard.
The only negative was that it took some time between the de-humidifiers and repair start-up to complete, but otherwise highly reccommended.
