Absolutely amazing insurance company if you’re wanting to complete a van conversion. Easy to speak with someone on the telephone. Callum initially took my call, he was very helpful when setting me up with insurance. I late made a change to the policy where a chap called James helped. Both contactable over email as well as over the phone.

All staff, were very efficient and friendly made everything easy to understand. My home insurance was done by Elaine who was exceptionally good and very helpful indeed she made my experience really good as not an easy one to sort out. Also Andrew who finalised my policy was really good and helpful.

A big thank you to Will at Leamington Howdens for helping me through the painful process of getting new driver insurance for my daughter. He really listened to what we needed and took the time to do all the searching then ring me back with a quote. It is not much more than the online quotes and does not include the telematics. It also means I have the reassurance of dealing with Howdens if there’s a problem. Can’t recommend enough.

It was a pleasure to deal with Oliver, not only was he able to be acceptably competitive but he conducted himself in a very courteous and professional manner.
