The telephone conversation to arrange insurance was fine, although information for an agreed value arrangement was a little vague.
Emails followed enquiring about the agreed value, weren't replied to. Ended up ringing again, another email was provided but so far no reply to this request for information. Still not resolved, if not sorted soon, will be cancelling.
Update, all resolved, agreed value all set up. Just took a little longer than I thought it would.

He was very helpful and called me back when he said he would.

Had forgotten to renew home and contents insurance and was in a bit of a panic, Mike at the Parkstone branch sorted everything and made me feel less stressed, he was calm and in control of everything. he phoned later with an acceptable quote which i was happy to accept. Slept well that evening (well done Mike)

Any company is seen/assessed through the touch points with their customers and a chap called Jake (B) made it all so very easy. He was completely flexible with all the questions and options I wanted to explore, and presented me with all the information I needed to be able to make the best decision for today.
