Professionalism personified. After dealing with totally vague and apathetic Insurance Companies when I attempted to receive a quote for my car insurance, it was a delight to speak with Elliott. He exuded calm efficiency and knowledge. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

In the end, I was able to secure what I wanted, but not without a lot of effort and incorrect advice from the people I spoke to. Unfortunately, this took 4 or 5 phone calls to achieve. I was specific with the first 3 people I spoke to that I wanted to add another company car to my small fleet. Despite this, I was told that this would not be possible. I was passed to the personal department and quoted a price of more than 4x the previous vehicle.
I challenged this and was told again that what I wanted was not possible.
I sourced from the internet the direct line of the commercial department and spoke to another person, who told me that of course I could do what I wanted. After all, the fleet policy was designed to add and remove company vehicles.
Overall, the experience was irritating and wasted time. Yes, I ended up with what I wanted, but only through my own perseverance.
My conclusion is that a lot of training is required.
