I rang Howdens when my Modified car was up for renewal. I was aware of their good service as my other vehicle is already insured with them.
I spoke with Richard Spencer in the specialist section that deals with modified cars. He was fantastic very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I think we spent over an hour on the phone making the policy work for me. This of course is not what everyone would want to do but when you are looking to insure a specialised vehicle it’s great to spend the time and get it right.
Not only did Richard get me a better policy, than i already had, he beat my renewal price.
I am very pleased and i will Recommend Howdens & Richard to friends & family.

We have been with Howden(previously A Plan) for many years. We have 2 vehicles insured with them and wanted a quote on a third. Shuber worked very hard to get us a good price as a loyal customer. Called back when said he would even most insurers don’t bother. Great customer service and a brilliant price . Would definitely recommend.

After having a huge increase in my van insurance these guys were able to find me a very competetive quote within minutes, sometimes it pays to shop around as some of gthe insurance companies seem to be getting very greedy.
