Great service from Luke Byrne at Howden in Aylesbury. This is the second year that I've used Howden for horsebix insurance and will be sure to go to them first for our other vehicles too. It's so nice to speak to a real person that is also polite and helpful!

I have arranged my insurance through Howdens (formerly A-Plan) for many years and this is the first time I've ever had to make a claim.
I was lucky to have been looked after by the lovely Grace, who was professional, friendly and efficient (thank you Grace). She kept in touch with updates and checks. I didn't have to do a thing.

After being in an accident, I spoke to Laura Bloomer at the Solihull branch. She was so lovely, extremely helpful, gave great advice and dealt with our claim promptly. We didn't feel rushed and she was happy to answer any questions my husband or I had. A really pleasant experience after a bad start to the day.

How surprised to find that my insurance was cut be 50%.
I was seen by Cecile Virely a branch adviser. Firstly, how pleasent these days to have someone to speak to.
Cecile went through my present insurance details. After some searchs and discussion on what I exactly needed she found that Howden Insurance could do much better than my present insurer and with several extra features and still cheaper!
What a thorough search which takes time and patience with someone who knows a lot more than trying to do it on line...taking her time to explain details of the product.
My wife and I found it cheaper dealing with Howden Insurance for our House Insurance.
Being in the 'older bracket' it is wonderful to be able to do this face to face with someone with the experience Cecile. With thanks.
