I was having issues with a claim through third party company and after months and months of getting nowhere I decided to give my brokers Howden a call. Emma there jump straight on it and spoke to the insurance company and by the end of the day they finally settled!! I wish I got them involved sooner and let them know the issues I was having! Great support and communication!! Thank you Emma!!

I have always been a fan of A Plan from the time I took out car insurance with them several years ago. This was positively secured after the assistance given to me following a no fault accident on the M25 involving an absconding driver. As a result I moved all my insurance business to them.

I've just arranged horsebox insurance and breakdown through Howdens and would like to say a huge thank you to Alfie who was super polite and helpful! They were the cheapest quote for both together, but it was a shame my car quote came back quite a bit higher than others or I would have happily switched there and then!

Frankly she couldn't have done better .... four stars simply because I dislike to sales approach of insurance brokers in general - always giving you their 'best price', until they agree lower (or not). I always leave feeling I should have been less transparent in my dealings and negotiated harder!
