Always very helpful with competitive quotes. It would have been a 5 star experience , but a mistake was made on the level of contents insurance that was requested at the time - but to be fair this was rectified immediately it was pointed out , at no extra cost.

The service from Maria Ormisher was as good as it has been for the 18 years that I have been with Howden (and previously A-Plan) which is excellent.
