First thing was, a person answered straight way, which I found reassuring.
Very helpful , offered extra cover, breakdown etc etc, but were not at all " pushy".
The lady's that I delt with were Karen, then I had to phone back with a detail and Maria helped me. All very good, no problems

Wow. Had a claim via my Aviva policy for theft of golf clubs from my vehicle. I submitted the estimate on Monday morning and by Tuesday all agreed and money transferred. Thanks Lisa @ Alton Private Clients.

Today, for the first time, I visited the Tunbridge Wells office for Howden Insurance, having previously bought all of my insurances on line. I was greeted by Nathan Warren - and I can only say how super impressed I was by his personal help and approach, warm, professional, and efficient. I appreciated the personal approach, and positive customer experience. Ill certainly use Nathan as my first choice going forward. 100% recommended.
