Buying Insurance is not fun. It is not an aspirational purchase however both Freddie and Karl at Howdens Basingstoke worked very hard to keep my business after I rejected their initial overpriced renewal quote! Their final last ditch price however convinced me to stay with them, even though it was a bit more than my best online comparison quotes. I liked the banter and the fact they really didn't want to lose the business. Alan Sugar would have fired me for caving in but I still believe in a bit of fairness in these things.
