I would firstly like to say a big thank you to the whole team at the Evesham branch, they have been great ever since joining them.
Hannah Porter especially when I was looking for a quote for many different cars for my daughter as a first time driver. I spent weeks back and forth on the phone to her and every time she offered excellent customer service and went above and beyond, resulting in a great quote for my daughter.
Secondly I would like to thank Mike (Michael) Webb the assistant branch manager at Evesham. When my daughter got into a car accident he took on the claim and was helpful from start to finish, chasing up the third party and making sure me and my daughter received the best service. He was efficient and very friendly.
I have recommended Howden Insurance, particularly the Evesham branch to many friends and family and cant thank them enough for their service.

Changing from my old car which was going back to the dealers and picking up the new one obviously involved changes to my insurance, which was all handled speedily with the minimum of hassle. Staff are all extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very straight forward process and much nicer to sit and talk to someone rather than having to key everything in online. I had a good idea on prices for Home Insurance and whilst the option presented was not the cheapest, it did have other advantages and was still £90 cheaper than my renewal quote.

My daughter, her husband, my wife and I are buying a campervan between us. Sorting out insurance for a modified van is complicated enough with all the modifications let alone with four drivers and it being kept varingly at two different addresses. I needn't have been concerned. The converter who did the van put us onto Howdens and they made it all straightforward. Katy was lovely and made the whole experience stress free and pleasant.

I spoke to a lovely lady today named Maria, I can't thank her enough really, I got a really good quote for my car insurance, so for the 3rd year running Needless to say I'm staying with Howdens.
Nothing was to much trouble , she instantly put me at ease and my purse will be a little fuller every month.

I was told that I would receive an email with policy details and a policy document through the post. I had to telephone to get the policy details by email and still have not received the actual documents through the post as promised!

As with all tedious business transactions such as house insurance the difference is always the member of staff handling the call. This morning I was reinsuring my house and contents and Kane Tipton was just such a star. He listened, made useful and practical suggestions and carried out all the legal questions efficiently and with common sense …and secured a considerable reduction in the premium! I will be returning to Howdens in December when my car insurance falls due.
