I have been dealing with Howden Insurance for many years, for car insurance and buildings and contents insurance and found them most helpful. This morning, Thomas Houlding-Strachan has been very helpful with his advice and has taken a lot of time and trouble to find the best quote for me for my buildings and contents insurance. I cannot fault his attentiveness in any way and would thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent company for classic car agreed value insurance, sent 7 photos in an email and the next day I had another phone call from them saying that the agreed value was accepted. Such a great fast service and the price only increased by £30 on last year's.

Thomas Houlding-Strachan, from the Poole office got in touch to remind me that my car insurance was due for renewal. He had been proactive and researched the best insurer on the proviso that my circumstances had not changed. As a result of our conversation he concluded this was indeed the case, and quoted me the details, making it an easy decision for me to go ahead with his suggestion.
