On changing a vehicle for a new model Howden - and Taiya Irving in particular - were both competent and efficient. There were issues with the alarm system which required direct communication with the underwriter which they carried out on my behalf, liaising appropriately with the dealer, to allow prompt pick-up of the new vehicle. Excellent service.

When my car insurance came up for renewal recently I took the opportunity to shop around. Of all the insurers I had contact with one stood above the rest. This company was Howden and the person who handled my application was Jamare Townsend. I single him out for special mention because he is extremely good at his job - friendly and knowledgeable with a nice easy manner. He is the consummate professional and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Having unfortunately lost a member of the family we needed cover for the house until it was sold.
Roberta from Howden Bromsgrove gave excellent advise and looked into several company's with different options available. Roberta always called back or emailed with further advice if it was required before a policy was bought. I came to Howden Insurance because I had received an invitation to get a quote for renewing my car insurance. They were not the cheapest but they are local and I was impressed with the way the quote was handled.
