I got to speak to a person, the same person each time, and a proper conversation. He asked me for all the details for our insurance so that I know I have the right cover. I realised that with my previous company, where the questions were very general or it was 'self-service' that I didn't have the right cover. When I ring, I can ask for the same person each time and I don't have to wait for up to 40 mins, or engage with a chat bot!
