Stephanie, the local agent at the Cheltenham branch of Howden was excellent. She gave a very personal service which was tailored to my specific situation and needs and found me a policy which provided excellent cover at a really good price. I was offered many options, the implications of which, were explained very clearly. Much better than purchasing a policy on the internet! Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Ive been with howdens for several years for my home insurance, which is a little unusual & i needed their expertise to ensure i was properly covered. This year i got a quote for car insurance too & it was a good price. Good to know that i can just phone them & they will deal with any claims or queries on my behalf. Was another good experience with Howdens, my second policy, this one was a new one for me, a different office & a different member of staff. Ruth from the Canterbury office, explained everything so well from different angles so I understood everything, answered all my questions well. A better product & a cheaper quote, after reading the proposal made a change & quote became cheaper. Called me back, when she said she would a* rating.

Having trawled through all the motor insurance comparison websites, Harry Mason from Howden Insurance gave me a call as I had previously insured my car through them a few years ago. The quote he gave me was £25 cheaper than the cheapest quote I had found with an obscure company and £50 cheaper than I paid last year. Good product knowledge, excellent customer service with good communication. Great to know there will be a person at the end of the phone to help as well should there ever be an issue.
