Amelia who handled my enquiry with regard to House Insurance, was not only clear and concise while asking questions and answering mine but was very friendly as well as being professional. I was looking for coverage at a reasonable cost and much preferred talking to a private company from not far from home rather than the larger organisations further away. As it happened, I got what I wanted so was happy with everything.
