I needed help with a house insurance policy which had a very quick turnaround time (the renewal was in a week's time) - I was concerned that the building was under-insured without legal protection for a substantial increase in the premiums from another provider - so I contacted Howden Insurance with specifics - increase the building cover and add in legal protection - and match all the other requirements - the quote was very competitive. Moreover, the service I received was extremely responsive. I had a callback within 30 minutes and a competitive quote within a couple of hours. By the close of play on the day of my enquiry I was ready to sign on the dotted line! I had the right amount of cover for the building as well as the contents. Thank you!
