Without them we do not think we would have got through our last claim when someone parked a stolen car in our living room at 03.30 in the morning. They gave us a lot of practical help and arranged for local trades people to carry out remedial work which was not really their responsibility.

I've used Howden for several years, including when they were called A-Plan, because they've always been professional, friendly, helpful, and always got me a good deal. This time was no different. I was changing cars with a gap in-between selling one, and buying another. Martin Lazell dealt with me, and he made sure it was transferred in the best way for me, and managed to save me £200 by doing so! I have recommended Howden to several people, and will continue to do so.
