Sabrina Farooq was extremely helpful to me today when I telephoned to update our car insurance due to my wife's change of job (which now includes driving between workplaces during working hours rather than just commuting to a single workplace). It was so quick and easy and Sabrina handled everything with the utmost professionalism. There was no increase in premium nor any fee for the change. Absolutely brilliant! I received an immediate email confirmation of the change almost before I could put my phone down.

Rang Howdens in Luton for an urgent quote just before they closed and was bowled over with Neil getting back to me that evening from home in his own time Rang back on the Monday to confirm a few things and once again Neil came to the rescue and was so patient guiding me step by step with the online documents it restored my faith and confidence in returning to Howdens for all my future insurances

It was very reassuring to be able to talk to a person straight away instead of going through the process of using a keypad numerous times. Incredibly helpful response and although the insurance was slightly more than the insurer I was with previously, because of the person (Emma?) who answered, I decided to go with Howdens.
