Prompt reminder of insurance renewal with subsequent follow up call, and as renewal quote was favourable, we decided to stick with our existing insurers, and everything was dealt with efficiently by A-Plan Insurance, so would recommend.

I have been with A plan for many years Always get a good deal, service and smiley faces.
I do find it a bit frustrating that one starts a conversation with one person and then has to see someone else.
i realise the benefits in that anyone can be a helpful person, but sometimes I like to have the continuity of the one person when dealing with each renewal.
I also find the gauntlet of walking through the door and up to a desk quite scary, all eyes on you, even tho the staff are lovely. I always have to take a deep breath andplow on in :)

Great as before, however great quote for new year was somewhat spoilt when it was explained that their agents fee was not included.

I normally change insurers every year to get a better deal, the guys from A-Plan called me with a choice of deals all of which I could not beat when searching, they are knowledgeable bout their products and did not put down the competition, which other company's did, nothing puts me off more than someone saying how rubbish another company is, I will not use them.
I have not had any issues and have had a few questions over the last couple of years and they have been answered instantly.
