Good friendly service just have to mention that part of the deal was to receive a M& S voucher but it never arrived so we called in to the office to enquire why and were told that they were no longer doing that but now a credit card would be sent instead but that is several weeks ago and still not appeared despite another reminder!! So watch this space or not!!

Had to change address on driving licence. Was told insurance would be cancelled if I didn’t do this. Even arfter I had changed address there was a hold up st DVLA and I had a letter saying policy would be cancelled in 7 days. Had to go in branch and show photocopy that I had actually done this. Then I was told to disregard letter it was automatically sent out. Felt staff almost didn’t believe I had done what I said!! Felt very put out and annoyed. Would certainly think twice about insuring with A plan again.

Competitively priced, with no black box. All costs are clear. Have bought the policy as a provisional driver and know what the increase will be when I pass my test. Other providers I spoke to were a bit vague about this. It’s good to have a local branch in my town.

Brilliant customer service. Local office that I can just pop in to. I’ll be changing all my insurances to a plan when they become due. Hopefully when I renew they are as competitive again

I found the a plan team to give the very best in customer service. There are all down to earth people that you actually feel are trustworthy and no there to make money like so many other insurance I’ve always had a positive experience talking to them aswell as them giveing me the best advice aswell.
