I always used A-Plan but they became more expensive so I shopped around. When my insurance was coming up for renewal this year A-Plan contacted me to see if they could win me back - and you have A-Plan.The gentleman I spoke was polite and courtesous and did whatever he could to obtain the best possible Insurance Plan for me. Having checked A-Plan about a year ago, I did as "we" agreed and came to them for a quote when my current car insurance was due for renewal. The very fact that there was people to talk to face-to-face, locally, was the first plus. The rep. I saw was as good as his word, got me a great price on an exact "word-for-word" policy, and a follow-up call from the shop, because of some mix-up with one item, which they took care of. Everyone was first class.
They say they'll take all the hassle if ever there is need for making a claim on the policy, although I know most companies do that. The whole transaction was easy, relaxed, and gave me absolute confidence in them.
