Having spent three frustrating days on the internet attempting to confirm cover on a new vehicle with companies without contact telephone numbers, I decided to contact A-Plan.
How refreshing to speak to Simon initially then John Fletcher who called me back within 15 mins with quote options - seamless, and policy all confirmed within two telephone calls. They have both restored my faith in humankind and that the art of 'communication' is still alive!

Having scoured the internet for the best deal I was recommended A-plan by a family member who used A-Plan through the NHS for personal insurance.
I have to say that the whole process from inquiry to succesfully aquiring a comprehensive and great valued insurance plan was a smooth and stress free experience all handled by a lady called Aliyah! She was really helpful and got me the insurance I wanted for a great price from AXA.

'A' Plan do seem to give you their best price from the outset but will adjust other costs if they can and I am very happy with the insurance they supply although luckily I have not had to claim and fingers crossed it will remain that way.
