I decided to buy a replacement car which was arranged last Friday and thought I would leave it until Monday to rearrange the insurance. Having use A-Plan for a while now I naturally rang them straight away and spoke to Matthew Hadley (no relation to Tony) and he was able to sort the whole thing out straight away. This morning I've picked up my new car (hybrid X5, excellent) and the insurance was the easiest part of the deal. If anyone is considering buying insurance you could do a lot worse than speaking to A-Plan and you may be glad you did. I'd even go so far as to say they are GOLD!

I WOULD RECOMMEND A-PLAN TO ANYONE (AND I DO). i HAVE HAD SEVERAL POLICIES WITH THEM, FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM VERY COMPETITIVE AND ATTENTIVE.
I DO WISH THEY WERE A LITTLE MORE MODERN THOUGH AND OPEN TILL 7-8pm!!!

My family has used A-Plan for all car insurance & travel cover for over 20 years now and would look nowhere else. Their expert and friendly personal advice was particularly invaluable when my children started driving and we would always check the insurance implications before making a car purchase.
On those odd occasions when you need support making a claim, it makes all the difference when you are helped by a member of A-Plan staff who you have often dealt with beforehand, renewing a policy or making insurance related enquiries. You can forget the robots - A-Plan have real life humans to answer the phone when you need backup.
