A good service, keenly priced renewal premiums, and very nice helpful staff. However on another note, when I introduced another client to A PLAN and they took out several policies, my £25 introduction fee was given to someone else. Under data protection they were not able to disclose the recipient. I won't be introducing anyone else.

Straightforward renewal asked if rate was still competitive and an example from another insurer was given to confirm my renewal rate was Ok. Asked for breakdown cover to be deleted as this is covered automatically under my BMW warranty. Altogether a simple easy process to renew over the phone. new 2018 -19 cert followed shortly afterwards

I have used A-Plan for a few years now and have always found them to be helpful and they provide good value. I have many policies with them including Car, Bike and Home. I would recommend them to anybody with no real fear of negative feedback.
