Great service from A Plan. The phone was answered within one minute - no queueing for ages! The two people I spoke to were polite, patient and extremely helpful. The young lady who was working from home due to Coronavirus did her research and called back when she said she would having found the best deal she could for me. Very impressed with the efficient service I received and would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer services; polite and professional and there to answer the phone. I now have both my vehicles insured with A-Plan. I was quoted a very good price, my NCB was mirrored and the advisor remembered me from previous calls. That’s what I call personal service. I would definitely recommend A-Plan.

Contacted me prior to renewal date and after negotiation agreed a premium for renewal.
Email sent to confirm but registration number had not been changed as was shown incorrectly despite advising of error. This was corrected by telephone and a hard copy of the renewal documents posted to me.
