Please note that I was very impressed with Liz Holt that dealt with our company van renewal policy. Liz was very polite and spent a great deal of time explaining the policy and other available products, which helped me to make the decision to renew the policy with Aplan.

I received a call from Laura Hayward at the Poole branch regarding my car insurance. She was efficient taking down the details. Luke Hodges also at Poole branch called back with my quote and was able to better my current providers price and with a better policy. Both Lauran and Luke were friendly and helpful

Great service from A-Plan Thatcham. We have a few classic cars and they have always brokered fantastic cover. I had to claim recently due to a devastating fire in my garage that severely injured my partner, and the Thatcham team were considerate and supportive throughout the claim process. Jon Hart at A-Plan St Albans was very helpful with my car insurance renewal, finding a more competitive company for this year. I've been a customer of A-Plan insurance since 2009 and have been very happy with the service. Recently I had a no-fault claim on my car insurance and it really took the stress out of it. Someone else at A-Plan had looked after me then, and they were just as helpful.

I found the recent call with Adam at Taunton APlan, very refreshing. After trawling through various online companies I rang on recommendation from a friend. Dreading another repetition of the same information yet again, I was extremely surprised at how professional and efficient Adam was .I felt confident that the product I purchased was tailored to my exact requirements, something not easy in online portals, i.e. I am retired and work part time and may rarely use the vehicle for work visits, try getting that over online ?

Have been using A-plan for more than 15 years now and just can’t fault them. The staff are absolutely lovely people, always helpful and during renewal time work hard to get me a great deal. On the few occasions that I have had to claim they have been incredible. I use the St Albans group that have always been fantastic but my partner is under the Bletchley branch where Nick just gave her a cracking deal again. A+

Recently purchased car insurance through the A-Plan office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, for our two vehicles and have been very happy with the quotations we were given and more importantly, with the service we received from Mr. Darren Hayward at this branch of A-Plan. The service we received was professional with all questions answered in a timely manner. It was nice to be able to go into an office and speak face-to-face to do business although when a telephone call was required, the call was answered in a timely manner without having to be on hold for an extended period of time. Our experience of purchasing vehicle insurance with A-Plan was a positive experience and the process went very smoothly.

Why oh why did I not use an insurance broker earlier? To have all the stress and searching taken off my hands and to get good insurance with even more cover than before at a lower price, is the gift that keeps giving. To know in the event of a claim that they handle all aspects is again a load off my shoulders. So happy with service of Peter and Team Bury St Edmunds branch.
