Having spoken with Alice Henwood at the Bournemouth Office, of A-Plan, I can highly recommend their services. Both my Car and Home insurances were up for renewal, I had received comparisons and I gave Alice a chance to compete. Needed window cleaning van insurance with a water system installed.
The Carterton office deals with this and Becca got me what I believe is the best deal as well as really good offers for equipment cover as I have a carpet machine in the van too. She called back when she said she would and made it all really easy.
Very happy with price, service and the cover I have. Will use them for any other vans I get and my car when it’s due.

I have been getting my house and car insurance through A-Plan St Albans for several years now. This time I spoke with Jade Stiles and she was very helpful and friendly. Being professional and informal is a hard trick to pull off but Jade and all the team at St Albans seem to have cracked it. Let's face it being insurance is hardly the most fun you will ever have but dealing with A-Plan is never a pain and usually some amusing banter eases the process along.

We have used the Bournemouth branch of A-Plan Insurance for many years to insure our company vans. Almost very year, something crops up and takes the premium too high or there is an issue with the type of insurance we require for our specific requirements. And every year, the staff professionally, yet friendly take the time to work out the issues and find a solution. Both Thomas Houlding and Kirsty Fulford this year have worked their magic once again and we have just renewed with them. Thank you once again for saving me so much time and effort and making this process a pleasure to finalise for another year!

First class service from the knowledgable and really helpful, thoroughly professional Connor Dennis of the Andover branch. He saved me over £150 on my car insurance quote from my previous broker and went the extra mile to dot the i's and cross the t's with various specific questions I had. It's the little things that make the difference to me, such as not having someone I've never met calling me by first name, but using the polite "Mrs" when talking to me.( I'm a client, not your new best friend :) ) All the staff there are similarly civil, and I appreciate it.Highly recommend this firm.

I recently had to arrange car insurance and after using all the price comparison websites l called my local Taunton office of A-Plan insurance after they were recommended by a friend. All the options were explained in detail by Hannah who then quickly called back with a very competitive quotation, which actually bettered every quote I’d received online. Within hours the documents were sent with the confirmation email and after couple of days all the hard copies arrived via post.
