Have been with A-Plan for several decades now. I really like the way they’re prepared to listen to their customers and get the best insurance quote for you, coupled with a very strong customer service that provides exactly what you need should you require assistance at any time. On the rare occasions I have needed help with a claim, they are extremely helpful and courteous and I know they go the extra mile for you - that’s what I want from an Insurance Company and that’s what A-Plan provide.

I cannot praise A-Plan enough for all they have done for me over the years. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere for my car and house insurance, which I have through A-Plan. There were times in years gone by when I really don't know what I would have done without them - it seems nothing is too much trouble and everything CAN and DOES get sorted; it's simple, they care.
