I have used A Plan for many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful. At times I have used other insurance companies, but the extras you get with using a broker like A Plan is a more personalised service with a face to face meeting rather than the impersonal ways of online providers. I hope to continue with them for many years to come.

I have used A-Plan for many years for car and home insurance and always found them to be helpful and courteous when dealing with them. I do most thing online but I find the personal contact of my local broker via phone or in person offers that little bit more than trying to go via an online chat or autobot responses.
Once again i was able to quickly discuss and confirm important details regarding my cover and renew my policy's with Minimum hassle -- i do look at competitors but I have found no reason to move from A Plan or their suggested Insurers . During Covid it has been increasingly difficult to contact or get responses from Financial Institutions so A Plan has been an exception-- Full marks to RENEE for great customer Service

I save time and money with A-Plan which is really important to me. A-Plan continually take the hassle out of arranging insurance, providing quotes without prompting AND continuing to come up with better quotes and cover than I can find on price comparison sites. They tell me when I can save money by swappling policies and coverage details that work for me. Thsnk you!
