A-Plan reminds me of how we used to obtain insurance cover back in the late 60’s via a high street broker.
Friendly staff that are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak to reflective people rather than troll through the web comparison sites trying to make informed decisions flicking through endless digital text on a monitor.
Best thing is they know the intimacies and various terms of the policies on offer which very few of us domestic buyers have the time or inclination to do. A-Plan now manage my Home, Cars, and Travel cover.
I’ve recommended them too many friends successfully, so it’s not just me who think they are good at what they do.
