We have been using A-plan for many years now, for our home (buildings and contents) and vehicles insurance. We have always been completely satisfied with the service.
What is particularly impressive is that despite
the inevitable staff changes over time and the fact that A-plan has several offices, with just ones name and postcode they are able instantly to pull up ones profile and history.
Furthermore the staff are unfailingly efficient and friendly.

My previous broker offered me an increased premium renewal on an already expensive policy for a modified van. Ibrahim at Chatham Schemes branch saved me about £300 on my premium and for a slightly improved policy. Not only that, when I researched the proposed underwriter they had a better than average reputation compared to the previous underwriter who had very bad press/reviews. Customer service / interaction was professional as well. So overall I am very happy with A Plan and based on my experience would recommend.

I did appreciate the reminder phone calls but I have not re-done my home insurance with you this time as I got a better quote else where, also I was able to do it in my time. I was not able to contact your office when you were open as I was at work. I was also able to get an insurance that I was able to do monthly without large interest payments that at this time of the year is very useful.

I've been getting my car insurance for various vehicles from A-Plan Thatcham Schemes and the amazing service I keep getting from them makes me want to write my first review on here (for anyone). They're really good at what they do and personable so you don't feel like there's a 'computer says no' response - have an actual conversation about it. Really good, highly recommended.

Great services from such a friendly polite and helpful team at your Witney branch. I’ve recently been going through a rough time, and they even were so thoughtful to send a sympathy card to me. This was after they found out that my mother had passed away suddenly. It shows you how thoughtful they are to their customers. It means such a lot to be thought of like that. A Plan, do a wonderful job, and I’ve been insured with them for a very long time now. They always search for the cheapest quotes they can find as well. They don’t try to sell you a policy if they can find a cheaper one available. Super service, and I cannot fault them at all
