Found A-Plan on recommendation.I have a van I have converted to a camper. I have to say there service is first class. Staff very friendly and knowledgable, there quote was the cheapest even after I listed all the modifications. Highly recommend

This is the seconded year I have used Aplan for yeas I have used a big named one ,a friend use it he said why don't i give them a ago there office is in the town and you can talk to some one too ,so I did went in saw Ben we went through my needs now I have better policy and cheaper wish I had done it sooner and after service is great too and you get little up dates on your computer A plan first class ,

It is great to be able to discuss details and options in person (better still face to face when the office was open!).
Quotes are generally competitive but are usually provided verbally. I would like to see a chart of quote options rather than being given the one A Plan think is 'best they can do'. If they can't be competitive though they say so up front to avoid time wasting.

Our car was involved in an accident last year.Not our fault,the other driver admitted responsibility & the car was written off.Prior to the car being written off, recovery of the vehicle from the area of the accident which was about 70 Miles away was a nightmare.The handling of the accident by A Plan was ok but their choice of a recovery agent,albeit through an insurance company, reflected badly on them.

I do my research online then a letter comes from A Plan with their research!! I then pop into my local A Plan office, they are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We discuss possibilities and I make a decision! Great service and no pressure.
