I gave up on comparison websites and hanging around for call centres drives people crazy. So I returned to my insurers, A Plan in Cheltenham. They are polite, helpful, listen to me, treat me with respect and don't ever address me by my first name! If I have a query, need advicce, someone in the office immediately answers the phone putting me through to the person I wish to speak with. This is personal service and I can't speak highly enough of the company.

Being first time homeowners myself and my partner needed to make sure we had the right cover in place for our new home. I spoke to Jon in the Worcester branch who made the process easy, was professional throughout, and even related back to his own experiences to ensure that we had the right level of cover. The policy we took out this morning was competitive with online aggregates, but with added assurances that there was someone to speak to if needed. It was because of the great service we received that we also took out two life insurance policies with Assured Life (A-Plan) Cheltenham. I would highly recommend A-Plan to anyone looking for your next insurance policy.
