Having changed to A Plan as my old broker retired, they have been very professional in the transition along with a cheaper quote explaining all extras which I can choose to add or not. No hard sell and all done over the phone with confirmation email and copy docs available. Really great service thank you.

It is always tricky to move insurance provider. As all insurers provide different cover, so comparisons are difficult. A-Plan were very pragmatic in their approach and did a good deal but I suspect next year my cost will go up as I was given free home contents cover this year. I also have car cover with them and may have 2nd car to add soon.
My gripe is, with all companies, that you have to negotiate to get a deal which is very time consuming.
